Who we are

Evermark Contracting LLC is based at 4667 Northfield Rd in North Randall, right off the main roads that connect Cleveland’s east and southeast suburbs. We work on the parts of a property that face the weather, and we work with the people who live and work inside.

Many of our customers have never hired a contractor before. Some have been burned by one. Either way, we think the job starts with listening: what you’ve noticed, what worries you, and what you can comfortably spend. From there we show you what we find, explain your options without jargon, and put everything in writing.

You’ll find that we don’t push. A good estimate should let you decide at your own pace.

No pressure, no scare tactics, no mystery line items. If something can wait, we’ll say so.
Treat every home like it matters
A modest bungalow gets the same care as a large home. We protect your landscaping, your belongings, and your time.
Do the unglamorous parts right
Flashing, underlayment, fasteners, and sealing are what make a roof or wall last. We don’t skip them.
Leave it clean
Nails picked up, debris hauled, and a final walkthrough with you before we call it finished.
